Issue: Pivot Options (Data entry app)

HI Everyone,

I’m experiencing issues with the new “pivot option” feature in the Data Entry app. The table does not render as expected, and the pivot section under “Edit Section” also appears to not render as it should.
I recently upgraded to version 2.41.3 —could I have missed something during upgrade? I’ve attached screenshots for reference.

If I understand correctly, the rows (<6 mois, 12-23 mois…etc) are supposed to be rendered as columns?
