Hi,
I’m using DHIS 2.26 and trying to use the tracker capture mobile application (latest version). But I’m unable to get the org units list. I have done the following:
Assigned the program and users to the organization unit.
The user has all the permissions.
Organization unit tree has multiple levels.
Yet the facilities are not being displayed in the mobile application. Kindly suggest how to get it on the mobile application.

Dear Siva,
For now you will have to assign the user to the different orgunits where tracker data is entered, not just assigning to the parent orgunit. Assignment to the parent Orgunit so as to access all children is not yet supported in Android Tracker.

I have assigned the program to the orgunits and not the parent facilities. But the org units are not not showing up on the application. please find the attached screenshots for user assignment and program assignment.

Hi,
For the org units to appear in the application you should not assign the search org units which you want to perform the data entry from the mobile.

I am glad that you made it work. However, search org.units should not affect data entry org units in the android app…
Would you mind creating a Jira issue explaining the behavior observed?
