I know that DHIS2 using Data Partitioning to improve the system performance ,I want to konw ,is there some plan to using Citus extension on Postgresql?

I’m not aware of any plans to support Citus, right now. It might be possible to use Citus without official support though. I can come back to you if there is any change on policy supporting it.
I would advise to try and see if it would work without any changes to the DHIS2 codebase, and if you find any issues you could contact us again and we could possibly help you to implement this changes as this might be interesting for more users also.
