We have a dataset that is organized weekly, starting on Sundays. The issue is that week 53 of 2025 is missing. This week should cover December 28, 2025 to January 3, 2026, with four days belonging to 2025 and three days belonging to 2026. However, these dates are not included in the dataset. As a result, the first week of 2026 begins on January 4.

We are using DHIS2 v2.39.5 with Data Entry (Beta) v100.2.4 and encountering the following error when selecting Week 53 of 2025 in a weekly dataset (Zero Report / EWARN):
Although the UI allows selecting Week 53 (2025-12-28 to 2026-01-03), the data entry page fails to load.
After investigation, this appears to be related to ISO-8601 week validation, as 2025 does not contain Week 53
Has anyone else faced this issue in the Data Entry (Beta) app?
How can this problem be solved?

We are also facing this issue using DHIS2 v2.41.6 with Data Entry v101.1.0-alpha.

@jamal_aljadan @Reanne.Jean We faced what seems to be the same issue a few months ago and reported it here Jira It has been acknowledged as a bug and, hopefully, will be fixed in future versions.

Thank you for reaching out. It appears that you might be using the old - legacy Entry app which is no longer supported. What version of DHIS2 are you using? Would you please check again using the latest version of the Data Entry app?

Thank you for replying. We are using DHIS2 version 2.41.2 and have both data entry apps. In the old data entry app, week 53 does not appear. In the Data Entry Beta app, week 53 is available, but it shows the same error that you mentioned.
Thank you for your prompt response @Gassim , the 2026 W1 works fine with Weekly Monday but doesn’t work for Weekly Saturday and Weekly Sunday.
