Invalid date format in Enrollment schedule of Capture app

1. I am getting invalid date as default value in the Schedule date / Due date field when I tried to select the enrollment date in one of the stages of the Capture app.

2. At the same time I created a data element with Date as valueType to capture the date of next visitation. But when I tried to select a date I am getting error that I can’t select a future date.

3. I am trying to use the date of next visitation to send SMS reminders to the enrolled tracked person.

Do you have future dates enabled?

Oh I missed this. I think this settle the number 2 question above.

Please share the steps to reproduce this on play or make sure the browser cache is cleared. Thank you!
