My Role in UNICEF has me working as a Technical COnsultant on Birth Registration Systems Interoperability where we are looking at interoperating DHIS2 with the National CIvil Registry and the National Identity Systems in Nigeria enabling every child born in health facilities to get their birth certificates and a national ID form birth

Hello, my name is Dr Martin Manuhwa from Zimbabwe. I am an engineer with particular interest in digital health technology and AI in particular.
I have been following DHIS for many years.
I am Didacus Namanya, I work as a Health Geographer and Focal Person for Climate Change and Health at the Ministry of Health in Uganda, now for the last over 20 years. My background is in health Geography and Public Health with BA Geography, MPH and PhD Public Health. In the past 2 years I lead a multi-sectorat team to conduct a climate change vulnerability and adaptation assessment (VAA) and to develop the Uganda Climate Change Health National Adaptation Plan (H-NAP 2025 - 2030). The H-NAP has a stong component on integration of climate and health data under DHIS2 to strengthen climate-senstive disease early warning systems and response. We are working with HISP Uganda to implement this component . Currently we are on pilot stage looking at Malaria, NCDs and nutrition.
Mr. Nduka Ozor is a distinguished Nigerian social worker, health advocate, and development leader, renowned for his extensive contributions to public health and community development across Nigeria.(LinkedIn)
He serves as the Project Director and trustee of the Centre for HIV/AIDS and STD Research (CHISTRE), a non-governmental organization established in 2000. CHISTRE focuses on addressing the socio-economic and health needs of rural and underserved communities in Nigeria. Under Mr. Ozor’s leadership, CHISTRE has implemented programs targeting HIV/AIDS prevention, viral hepatitis, malaria, tuberculosis care, and support for orphaned and vulnerable children. My name is Saeed Alam, and I’m currently based in Peshawar, Pakistan, where I work as an Information/Data Management Consultant with UNICEF. I bring over 17 years of experience in Information Technology, including 10 years of service with the United Nations, specializing in information systems management, data analysis, and digital solutions for public health and nutrition.
I became involved with DHIS2 during my work in the health and nutrition sector, where I supported the rollout of the DHIS2 Nutrition Module in selected districts of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP). My work has focused on building and integrating digital data systems, developing visualization tools (using Power BI, ArcGIS, Kobo, Google Forms, etc.), and providing technical assistance to provincial stakeholders and implementing partners.
