we have an EMR(electronic medical record), and we want to integrate it with DHIS2 as dhis2 will act as dataware house. where by emr data are integrated to dhis2. is these possible ?

Its possible yes, DHIS2 has a very extensive api you can call from any other system (EMR), for instance if you are using OpenMRS, it (openmrs) has a module (openmrs-module-dhisconnector) that connects to DHIS2 via DHIS2 apis.
