The Ministry of Health and Social Services of the republic of Namibia has advertised a tender, inviting software developing companies for expression of interest for the development of an Integrated Health Care Information Management System which is due on the 18 of April 2014.
I am looking for developer, a company or perhaps an institution that will be able to partnership with me in the drafting of a proposal to submit on/before Thursday.
