Integrate DHIS2 with LIS for data visualization or to act as an dashboard

Hi,

I am looking for adopting DHIS2 to visualize data from LIS. How feasible is that going to be? Is there any way to integrate through the APIs? What kind of support we can get from HISP or DHiS2 for initial set up?

Laboratory Information Systems (LIS) and I am talking about DISA LIS developed by Laboratory System Technologies (Pty) Ltd based in Johannesburg. It is a proprietary solution developed on Microsoft technology platform.

Are you planning integrating at individual level or aggregate level. Does the LIMS have an API?

HISP Uganda is doing some work around LIS integration for Disease Surveillance, we can share our experience. We are testing out an integration app
