Installing DHIS2 Locally(HTTP Status 404 - Not Found)

I followed the instructions of installinf DHIS2 in ubuntu from this Installation - DHIS2 Documentation but getting HTTP Status 404 message. I changed the port of shudown and connector port as ss:

version used:

• Ubuntu : 22.04
• DHIS Used: 41/dhis2-stable-latest.war
• Tomcat : 9
• PostgreSQL: 14
• OpenJDK: 17

Tomcat Started successfully:

Could you double check that the file sharing configurations are set properly? Does the dhis user have the correct access to the files?

sudo chown -R dhis:dhis /home/dhis/tomcat-dhis/

Yes, i have done it but it doesnot show any response.
