As a new user to DHIS2, you might not need to ‘install’ dhis2 in your laptop. Have you had a look at play.dhis2.org where there are live demo instances that you could explore?
Additionally, you could even learn more by taking the learning path that is available when completing the Introduction to DHIS2 course or from this page: Learning Paths - DHIS2
