Installed Standard Apps from the App store not loading and TEIs are not downloading on mobile devices

Dear All

We have an DHIS2 instance running on version: 2.35.6 , and we are faced with the following challenges:

  1. Installed Standard Apps from the App store not loading (blank page is shown). The output from the console and the network tabs are as follows


  2. TEIs stored on the served are not downloading on mobile devices, all versions of the android app and are showing sync error 500 API threw HttpException

It seems there is a problem at server level. Is there a chance you could check the logs of the server to see a bit more why Android is not being able to download?

Please also note that the version you are running is quite old and contains security vulnerabilities. You should try to update as soon as possible.
