but i need help
i am trying to install dhis2 on windows local server
i did every thing right but when i try to great extention to postgis i have an error…
ERROR: could not load library “C:/Program Files/PostgreSQL/11/lib/rtpostgis-2.5.dll”: The specified module could not be found.
can you help me to solve this problem

Hi @shadiassi,
You are in safe hands now.
Please try reinstalling the PostgreSQL 11 and select the PostGIS under Spatial Extensions >> PostGIS 2.5 Bundle for PostgreSQL 11 (32/64 bit) as explained HERE then let us know how it goes.
