In 2.25 Event Capture dashboard is not being updated when a user changes the org. unit

Dear devs,

I’m using the Sierra Leone demo, selecting ‘Ngelehun CHC’ org. unit and the Malaria Case Registration Program. I get this

However, whenever I change to other org. unit, the dashboard does not update and just shows the same events…

Could you have a look? It is very confusing for the users …
