Importing organisation unit

Hello community,

I have this error that iam facing while importing organisation unit here is the error :" Invalid reference [xGiudRiL4cm] (OrganisationUnit) on object Gacurabwenge [k6nZZHwd6F2] (OrganisationUnit) for association parent ." this error normally comes when i import a csv file which has for example 417 rows meaning it has many data. and i dont think that it is because of the csv format because am using the format for the dhis2 documentation 1.13. CSV metadata import here is the csv file i am importing

It looks like in the system you don’t have a parent Org Unit with the id xGiudRiL4cm. So the Org unit Gacurabwenge you are trying to create, can not be created since its referencing to a parent that does not exist. Please check and update
