I am finding difficulties Importing meta-data from dhis2 v2.20 from dhis2 v2.18 it gives error, what is the solution?

You need to be a bit more precise what the issue is. It is difficult for the developers to know what the actual issue is.
Can you provide a stack trace/ server log to see what the error is?
Can you provide a copy of the metadata which you are attempting to import?
