We have successfully uploaded the Tracked Entity Instance Data using the dAtaZ app. The data imported successfully but not showing in the data vizualization. I have run the analytics and clean the browser and there is no change. Can you help me to undersatnd the reason behind. We are using the Dhis2 version 2.36.
Are you able to export the data from the Import / Export app?
Additionally, how do you know that it was imported successfully if you can’t see it in any of the apps? Did you check the database or API? This case needs more information and debugging but we can try see where the issue is first.

Thank you for your response. I Import is using the dAtaZ app and it show as successfylly imported but in the capture app is doesn’t show as you see in the below pictures.
The screenshots are not clear but it would certainly help to check the Network and Console tabs in the DevTools. If there are any errors, please share. Make sure the tabs are open (F12) before initiating the import in the DataZ app, and then check for any errors. If there are no errors, would you try to check again using the Guest mode in your browser ( Browse Chrome as a guest - Computer - Google Chrome Help)? Additionally, you might want to run the Analytics tables export after the import.
The DataZ app is developed by @BAO_Systems so maybe they could have a look at the log too.
