on android app v 3.4.1
dhis2 server Login app | DHIS2

import QR data open black screen , the app not crash but the camera not open

note :

  • I can do scan qr code from attribute on same device

  • the app has required permission

May I ask what is the version of the Android app you are using? Also, if you can provide more details about the phone specifications (RAM, memory…etc)?

Could you provide permission to the app before opening the app? Go to the app settings, select permissions and make sure camera permission is granted. Please then clear the app cache, force stop, and then try again.
