Import PDF Data to DHIS2 Version 2.31

I am working in DHIS2 version 2.31. I want to import data using pdf format. I went to data set select “get pdf for data entry”. Download the file and Enter value in data element then save the file as pdf and then went to import/export app. Choose pdf format and try to import but got the given error

*Invalid mime type “null”: does not contain ‘/’ *

please look into and revert back
