You can use the ICD-11 integration with DHIS2 and won’t need to import into a SQL Server database. You can read more here: ICD-11 CoD App - DHIS2 Documentation

But I need offline database not online because it will be used for remote areas with no internet connection

Good to know! Thanks for sharing @jrahma. There are a number of implementations that use DHIS2 offline.

DHIS2 doesn’t require internet connection to be configured; additionally, with DHIS2’s android app you can use data collection in areas with no internet connection along with the ability to sync in data into one system (which also doesn’t need to be in the cloud).

You can read more about how this can be use for offline implementation here: Android In Action - DHIS2 And there are other integration and app developer options that might be of use for specific use cases.
