icon display like open folder instead beauty icon

Hi all,

do you know how to fix the problem of DHIS2 v2.17 doesn’t show beauty icon on firefox browser.

I hosting DHIS2 on local machine and firefox browser is v34.0.5. but the beauty icon main menu doesn’t show on firefox.

anyone can help me

Hi

Did you try and clear out the cache? It seems to be working fine here on v34.0.5 (on a mac)

With beauty icon… I assume you mean the app menu?

Hi Morten,

I have the same problem when I use Firefox 34.0.5 on windows. I clear the cache (browser & DHIS2 cache) several times but nothing works. It gives the same result!

Can you send me a screenshot of the browser window? And specifically the browser console?

I have observed the same, Firefox just displays folder icons in the menu, instead of the DHIS icons

I met the same problem like you. But if i open DHIS2 demo, it displays beauty icon not the folder.

Also in firefox? Then it might be some sort of path issue.

It should only display the folder info when it can not find the icons. Could you check your network tab to see if the icons give a 404?
