I want Report group by OU lvl 3 "District"

I want to generate a report to show how many HFs were assessed and group them by district (the form is Tracker).

Thank you for your post! :slight_smile: Please, how exactly are HFs assessed? What are you using to assess HFs i.e. what metadata? Is it a Data Element in a tracker form? An indicator? …etc

Either way, the best bet is you’d make a great report using the Line Listing app! Have you tried to use the Line Listing app? Please see the docs: https://docs.dhis2.org/en/use/user-guides/dhis-core-version-master/analysing-data/line-listing.html
