sometimes, I have error in dhis2. this is the error: error 503, I don't
know exactly the reason, please, can you help me?
How can I fix this error 503 in dhis2, where is the matter?
Do you have tomcat running behind a proxy server like apache or nginx? The 503 could indicate that the proxy is not able to connect to the tomcat server.
Is your server completely unaccessable when you see this problem or is it only when you perform certain actions?

Sorry Carlos, but it is impossible to know what the problems is. It is probably related to something that happened with your database, but it would take a study of your db to know what exactly is going wrong.

We can help you, but we need more detailed information.
Include a copy of your logs when DHIS2 starts up, so that we know what is going on.
Let us know what version you are using, what your operating system is, which database system you are using, and which Java version you are using.
The more information you can provide, the more help we will be able to provide.

Do have a look here from the implementers manual, about how to report a problem…
9.3. Reporting a problem
If you encounter a problem with the DHIS 2 software you can ask for assistance on the developer’s mailing list at https://launchpad.net/~dhis2-devs. Before reporting, make sure that you have:

Cleared the web browser cache (also called history or browsing data) completely (select all options before clearing).

Cleared the DHIS 2 application cache: Go to Data administration → Cache statistics and click Clear cache.
If you believe you have found a bug you can report it either to the developer mailing lists or to the bug tracker at https://bugs.launchpad.net/dhis2 .
For the developers to be able to help you need to provide as much useful information as possible:

DHIS 2 version: Look in the Help → About page inside DHIS 2 and provide the version and build revision.

Please also note that the log files have other names in dhis-live/log (just dhis.log) and are sometimes less informative. You can see more error messages if you start DHIS2 from the command line like this:
