I can’t reach DHIS2 page. despite, I checked the access to server and its work well.

Hello @sami.oracle10g, make sure ports are opened into the firewall or DNS is updated for the domain (If you are accessing this with any domain).
Also check if application is working with the IP address.

Try to run tracert dhis2ip_address. You will get whole route how your network packages go.
Sometimes you need to check the quality of the connection. For that purpose please use ping dhis2ip_address -l 64000
