I can't log in with newly created users

Hi everyone

I have created several users, but when I try to log in with their usernames and passwords, the login page gets refreshed. I have tried several times but no success.

Hello @dmbantu,

To understand this issue correctly:

  • What version of DHIS2 are you using?
  • How did you create the users, is it from the users’ app?
  • Can you see/find the user accounts from the user app?

Iam using DHIS 2 version 2.31. I created users from the Users’ app and I can see the users’ accounts from the user app.

Thanks, and do you get any message like “invalid login …” after the page refreshes? If so, this implies that you are passing incorrect credentials, and either/both your username or password are incorrect.

Please verify that the credentials are both correct: ~ You can do this manually from the app by updating the password of the account and then retrying again or by creating a new account while following this guide Home - DHIS2 Documentation

Also, you might want to confirm your keyboard settings do not mess things.
