I don’t know how to select all filtered org in program 's org access . there may be more than thousands of org. it’s difficult to select one by one.
If I understand you right, you have three options.
- Select the organization by organization unit level.
- Preparing for the organizational unit group, then selecting them
3- You can choose it manually.

In addition @linxd, after you select the filter click on ‘SELECT’ and it will select all the filtered organization units.

First, select the filter either from the ‘Organisation units level’ or from the ‘Organisation unit group’. Second, click on the ‘SELECT’ button next to the filter. All organisation units will be selected.
