How to retrive data after changing the organization structure using the hierachy

Okay, please run the Analytics Tables export in the Data Administration app and then follow the steps in the previous post:

First, I would use the Data Administration app (Update organisation unit paths, Clear application cache,
and Reload apps).

Second, to ensure it’s not a cache issue, open using your browser’s Guest mode (Browse Chrome as a guest - Computer - Google Chrome Help)

Finally, if the issue is resolved, clear the cache in your browser using the Browser Cache Cleaner app and refresh using Ctrl + Shit + R.

Please provide more information if the above doesn’t work. For example, what change happened. Can you view the OU hierarchy in the maintenance app? Any errors in the Console or Network tabs (DevTools - Network , show console drawer – F12)?
