How to Migrate DHIS 2 existing 2.30 to 2.31.9

We may need more information regarding your question.
- Do you want to upgrade your instance from 2.30 to 2.31.9 while maintaining the same database? Then this will be simply upgrading the instance version by carefully following the upgrade steps from 2.30 to 2.31
OR
- Do you want to import data from a 2.30 instance to another instance running 2.31.9? If the case and metadata is the same, then you can export from 2.30 instance and import into 2.31.9 instance.

The currently deployed version is 2.30, we want to update to the latest version so in the first step we need to update to 2.31.9 that while maintaining the same database. Please share the link to upgrade steps

The different versions can be downloaded from Downloads - DHIS2
But carefully read the release notes before you upgrade, you may be required to first upgrade to 2.31 and then the patch 2.31.9 after
