How to hide Dataset

Hello,
I have few datasets which are outdated but the data elements are used for report generation. So how can i hide the datasets from viewing in the report app by users. I don’t want to delete it.

Hi @Sangay_Tenzin,

Could you be a bit more specific about where in the reports app you want the dataset to be hidden?

A couple of points

  • In the data set report or the reporting rate summary functions you can not hide dataset.
  • The data set could be deleted and the data elements still used to generate reports using the standard analytics apps or the standard reports app function in the reports app.
