I sometimes create user by cloning others with same rights and access. Here the dashboards of the user also appear in the new account. Can the new user delete those dashboards? Or at least edit those? If so, how is it working?

Users can create a dashboard, share it with others (users or groups), and determine access level (view only or view and edit).
