How do I set the organization unit contact for dataSetNotificationTemplate?

I am setting up dataSetNotificationTemplate for some of my datasets. I will like to send this notification to the contact at the facility. How/Where do I set this the organization unit contact that I will use in the notification template?

Maintinance > Organisation Unit > select to edit/add > Phone number
