I have configured a HNQIS Program and its working fine on the phone. However, I can’t see the dropdown menu to select the org units or program. What could be the challenge?

@abdimohammed HNQIS is a custom app developed for PSI that requires some specific metadata to be generated in the instance. In particular, some attributes at multiple different levels. I would recommend you to ask PSI team for help in the configuration of that metadata, if you didn’t yet.
