HISP Centre 2025 Annual Report

The 2025 HISP Centre Annual Report is here, and we’re excited to share it with you!

2025 was a challenging year for global health financing, but what the report makes clear is how countries, partners, and the HISP network rose to meet that challenge. DHIS2 expanded to 133 countries, seven new nations launched national health systems, and the network forged major new partnerships across health, education, and climate.

Highlights include significant advances in climate and health, including DHIS2’s recognition as a global good for climate and health, the rollout of AI-powered predictive modeling for climate-sensitive diseases with the Chap Modeling Platform, and the HISP network’s selection as a technical assistance provider for the Global Fund’s new Climate x Health Catalytic Fund. The report also introduces our new 2026–2028 strategy, which sets out our plans for sustaining foundational systems while embracing AI, person-centered data, and other emerging opportunities.
