High RAM Utilization Issue Post-Script Execution in DHIS2 (v2.40.4)

In DHIS2 version 2.40.4, we have around 16 schedulers that import data into the DHIS2 platform using Python scripts from another MySQL server. I have observed that after the script executes successfully, the RAM utilization does not decrease as expected. Consequently, the server’s RAM utilization exceeds 99%, leading to a stoppage of the Tomcat service.

The screenshot says there’s 1 running task, any idea what it is? Does it matter whether the data is large or just a few?

Yes, the data is large, we are importing event tracker data using API.
