Dear Community,
When using the event reports app and select show hierarchy in table options, the app does not display the hierarchy in case a lower organization unit level was chosen as is the case with the Pivot table app. This makes it difficult to follow up on individual cases when the report (individual) is downloaded by the users.
Does anyone have an alternative option of achieving this?
