Hi Getachew,
Annualization means making all data collected in other period types (daily, weekly, monthly, bimonthly, quarterly, and six-monthly) become comparable to the annual data which usually is the denominator.
Hence, daily period tips are multiplied by 365/366, weekly will be divided by 7 and multiplied by 365/366, monthly by 12, bimonthly by 6, quarterly by 4, and six-monthly by 2, which will make all data wherever it’s collected daily, monthly or annually comparable.
