Handling of irregular monthly reporting

Hi everyone,

I have a question regarding the reporting rate summary that is produced from DHIS2. Here in Solomons we have some clinics that will not necessarily submit their reports every month/quarter/etc. (whatever the normal schedule is) as there are large period where clinics may be shut down due to annual leave or other logistical issues. Is there any way to manually set the expected number of reports for a clinic and have the reporting rate summary reflect this? Thanks,

Nick

Hi Nick,

sorry not at the moment. One approach would be to download the reporting rate to summary to Excel and manipulate the numbers there.

regards, Lars
