Hi ,
The Groups button is missing on the dashboard page even though the user has ‘ALL’ permissions assigned. This was present in 2.17. Is this intentional?

Hi Sandesh, we moved this back to the user module.
The idea behind having it on the dashboard was for allowing everyone to create user groups and share stuff, but that did not get very popular so we moved it back to user module where it more naturally belongs.
