I used DHIS 2.14.I meet one problem in DHIS2. After i logged-in, then i click on service–> Data Visualizer. it just showed only grey color background of Data visualizer (find attached file) for long time. Even i clear cache, change browser, change name of war file. afew day ago. it work very well.

Channara, the problem is caused by a combination of slow internet connection and that the user is assigned to a whole bunch of orgunits. This will be fixed in 2.15 due to great improvements to the web api.
To work around it for now, please reduce the number of orgunits the user is assigned to.

In general its sufficient to assign org units to the roots of the subtrees you want to give access to. E.g. if you assign a user to a province she will get access to all org units/facilities in that province.

I faced a similar problem recently related to caching of the web server Are you running DHIS locally, or is it hosted on a server?
In our case, we used nginx for caching, and I ended up having to disable the caching to solve the problem. We re-enabled it after a couple of days, and things worked fine after that - not sure what the problem was.

Was not able to access your server (could be my network, which is unstable).
Anyway, if you are accessing it directly (no reverse proxy) it is probably a different thing, and you should follow the advice already given to troubleshoot.
