In the past I was able to set Classes / method = 1 in the GIS map (This is under Thematic layer > Options in the GIS App). Now the minimum I can set is Classes / method = 3. My intention is to have a map where the same color is displayed on every org unit if there is a value >0. Does anyone know how to do this?

Hi Matt,
Did you try creating a custom legend set with a single class? That should work, e.g.
