suppose a hierarchy of your whole country as organisation unit, you have set up different data sets add are assigned to different levels in your organisation unit. is possible to see the location where data entry was made. for example you have sent medical staff on field to collect data but one dodged didn’t go yet he/she is showing that he/she has made data entry. Is it possible to see the geo location of that person. your free to give other alternatives also.
There is a data element of Coordinate type that you could add to your program and make it required; however, if your concern is that the data entry user might not be in the same location as the data entry point then this might not completely solve the problem since the user could select the coordinates using maps.
There might be a way for the server administrator to find a way to locate where the users are logging in from but this requires someone who is specialized to give us insight on what’s possible here and will probably require additional work.
I think in terms of alternatives, a complete app could be developed for this use case:
1.Get GPS location using location app
2. Get OU coordinates
3. Compare to verify
However, please remember that there are apps that can also change the location of the GPS. It will require an expert developer to enforce getting an accurate result if the challenge is from the end user.
