I have made a custom form in my tracker program but when it comes to generate a report in tracker capture app it doesn’t bring the created custom form. what could be the cause or dhis2 doesn’t support custom form when it comes to generating reports in the tracker capture app.
What version of DHIS2 are you using, and what type of report are you generating? The report generation for custom forms is not always perfect and requires that basic HTML is used and nothing complicated; additionally, sometimes there’s been complication if another language is being used.
If you could add steps to reproduce and an example of the custom form with the imperfect result that you are seeing, it will help see if the issue can be resolved.
