When we try to generate the resources tables, show this error:
“Process failed: Illegal instant due to time zone offset transition (daylight savings time ‘gap’) 1992-05-03T05:00:00.000 (America /Bogota)”

Please upgrade to the latest version of 2.16 or trunk (depending on what you are using), this should have been fixed now.
