GCC error while installing chap-core on Windows 10

Hi everyone.
I was attempting to install chap-core on my Windows Laptop;
unfortunately, the installation failled and I received the attached error message.

Hi!

I think this is a typical error when using an older version of pip. Could you try upgrading pip and then try again (pip install --upgrade pip will upgrade pip). This might also be easier and solvable if you try wsl in windows (see more info about wsl and the terminal here: Terminal basics - DHIS2 Modeling)
