Front Page List Does Not Appear for "All events today"

Hi

Have encountered another issue related to date format :-

We have an instance on which this date format has been selected ->“03-31-1981 (dd-MM-yyyy)”. This has been done through settings->calendar in DHIS.

For the above selected date format, the front page list in tracker capture home does not come for “All events today”. An error also comes on console. PFA screenshot from demo.

This does not happen when date format is default(yyyy-MM-dd) but happens if the format is changed to above(dd-MM-yyyy).

This is fixed now in rev 21850 (2.22). Trunk was fixed few days ago.
