I wish to create an indicator in the DHIS 2 then on numerator am supposed to raise the data element to power i.e
under numerator
(Data element X)^1.345666
Kindly assist where necessary.

Yes, it is possible in DHIS2. When editing the numerator of the indicator, you can raise the data element to the power like you already described. For instance: under the numerator
#{P3jJH5Tu5VC} ^ 1.432
The expression above is valid.
