I created a Form on demo called "ADOLESCENT SERVICES" and sharing is
Public view/edit but i can't see it on "Data Entry"
What am i doing which is wrong?

Hi Gerald,
The two steps that are often ignored when configuring a data set are:
-
to add the data set to a user role
-
to make sure that this user role is assigned to the user who needs to enter data for the data set
Maybe you missed out on those?
