Fixes for dxf2 importer (category* defaults) - will they be merged into 2.21?

Hi,

The metadata import functionality is broken in 2.21 because the default category* objects are not being matched up correctly. The fix was committed last week to trunk here.

What are the plans going forward to integrate this change to the 2.21 release? Will a hotfix for 2.21 be released? Do we need to wait for 2.22? Or should we manually pull in this patch for ourselves?

Hi

Did you try with the latest version of 2.21? AFAIK (and I’m the one who did it…) it was backported to 2.20 and 2.21

If you have other issues, please let me know
