I am failing to login using the provided credentials on the website.

Thank you for letting us know. Would you like to try the other demo available at the demos page? It’s the same instance but instance launched six days ago with the name hmis_oct27. If you go to https://demos.dhis2.org/ [update: there might be an instance where] the credentials are working at this point, and we’re following up on the other instance.
