Failed to save enrollment to the server error on Registration DHIS 2.30

I am getting the above error after registration. Please help.

See the last part of the error: The Tracked Entity Instance (person or whatever) you are trying to enroll into this Program is already enrolled in the same program…

Thanks for your help. If I understood correctly this error will come in case of duplicate registrations?

Jasmine,

Yes, as long as you have set the program parameter “Only enroll once (per tracked entity lifetime)” to YES under Program->Enrollment details.

If you leave that settings as NO (not ticked), then you will be able to register the same TEI several times.
